This event is put on with the collaboration of the Fort Sisseton Commission, a nonprofit organization whose mission is to help with the preservation of Fort Sisseton Historic State Park.

FAQ:
- Is there parking on site and since this is a state park do I need a SD Park Entrance License ?
There is parking on site, but all vehicles must have a South Dakota Park Entrance License on the vehicle. One can be purchased ahead of event or on the day of the event. Cost is $8/day or $36/annual. 2024 annual passes will be available for purchase
- Is there lodging available?
Fort Sisseton has 10 electrical RV sites available for rent during the event. Roy Lake State Park has electrical, modern cabins and suites available during that weekend. Go to www.gooutdoorssouthdakota.org to make a reservation.
- Can I bring my dog with me on the investigation?
While we all get a little nervous sometimes during ghost investigations, we can not allow live animals (unless it is a service animal) to join us on the investigations. If you are worried you might be scared, make a friend join you or bring a blanket.
